Hampton Inn Debary/Deltona

Had to vacate my home due to my ac being replaced and decided to go with this location. Upon arrival the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me a room as fast as possible since I had my daughter with me and it was super hot outside. When entering the room I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated the rooms are. The bed was comfortable and very clean. The next morning we entered the dining room and had a wonderful breakfast that was included with our nights stay. My daughter obviously had tons of energy and was being a bit rowdy. The general manager, Jen came out and spoke with us for a few minutes. She was extremely polite and friendly. She told us if we needed anything just to call down to the front desk and they would make sure our stay was enjoyable. The night shift front desk clerk was super nice and outgoing and he had nothing but nice things to say. The housekeeper I believe her name was Mel? helped me get clean towels both days when I requested them and assisted me with removing the trash from my room. We will definitely be visiting this location again, thank you Jen, you’re running a fantastic hotel with wonderful staff.

One of the best hotel Breakfasts I've had! The staff is very friendly as well and the room was clean. Heat and AC both worked excellently.

Very nice hotel and great location right off I4. The general manager Jen went above and beyond for us are entire stay. The housekeeper Mel was awesome and kept are room very clean and made sure we had everything we needed in are room. The breakfast lady I think her name was Kim was also very nice and kept the dining room very clean and organized. We will definitely be going back to stay in the future. The location is right in the middle of many fun places it’s perfect. Thank you ladies for the great experience!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The public areas and rooms were very clean and presentable. The decor is updated and fresh looking. The seating was comfortable and clean. The hot breakfast was excellent - everyone loved it. They had flavored waffles, which we all enjoyed. Also, their food service lady, although really nice and helpful had "glove immunity," meaning she wouldn't change her gloves. One minute she is spraying and wiping down the counters and the next she is handling food. She just needs to change to new gloves between cleaning and serving. The room A/C smelled really strange. Thankfully we always bring a sanitizing spray (a couple of sprays into the intake vent and took care of it). Plus, the bed is worn out to the point that we could feel the inner springs part, making sleep difficult (springs were squeaky too). I usually love to give out really good ratings, but these were two "biggies."

The rooms were nice and clean, the customer service was spot on, but the TV screen kept freezing and our tub didn't drain very well. Both can be remedied i am sure.

The room was not too bad. I felt that it could have been cleaned better though. The tile floor as you walked in needed to be mopped. The tv did not work properly. It was not plugged in at first and once I got it working , it then would constantly freeze up. I would have to change the channel all the time for it to start working again. The breakfast was excellent.

The service was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. There was a Burger King, an IHOP, and a gas station steps away from the hotel, which was super convenient. Their coffee was really good and their breakfast bar had the best waffles ever!! The only reason I gave the room 4 stars is because I wish there had been better lighting, but that may have more to do with me getting older than their lighting being bad. I did turn on every light just so I could see better. I can’t say enough about the service though. Everyone I talk to was so friendly. I will go there again.

We are in town for soccer. I would like to give a shoutout to the front desk staff. When someone is willing to go the extra mile to help— made a huge positive impression - making our stay a good one. Easy to get where we needed. Decent food options near by including a Philippine place that is amazing
